The Georgia Guidestones were located on Guidestones Rd. just east of Hartwell Hwy (GA 77) in north Elbert County, Georgia. The Georgia Guidestone has been demolished for safety reasons after being damaged in a blast. Assume Time Capsule is OK.

The Georgia Guidestones are located on Guidestones Rd. just east of Hartwell Hwy (GA 77) in north Elbert County, Georgia. The Guidestones are five large granite slabs set upright with a capstone and inscribed with text in several different languages. There is another slab of stone to the west of the Guidestones set in the ground containing the time capsule. The date to be opened does not appear on the marker. The marker was placed on March 22, 1980.
