On Manvel Road (Route 66) on the south side of the downtown area, just south of 13th Street, is a large mural painted on the side of a building which is concrete block with corrugated metal above.
Showing the things that made up the history of this town, you will see the Mascho Building, a building in downtown which is on the National Register of Historic Places and currently houses the Pioneer History Museum. Two 1940's-era pickup trucks are depicted, as well as the U.S. flag. A local historic church, and a wine bottle and grapes showing the part wineries played in history. Also, the Thunderbird insignia of the 45th Infantry Division of Oklahoma is proudly shown.
