The Old City Hall was built by M.W. Herron in 1907. It cost a total of$10,000. The building used to house the city hall and police station. One of the jail cells are still in the building. The building houses an art gallery and is now known as the Old City Hall Arts Center. In the 1980s the building was renovated.
