The Logging Museum exhibits are located along a 1.3km loop trail that begins and ends at the Museum's Visitor Reception Building.
Visitors are to enter through the building to see the introductory theatre program and obtain a guide book. The building is open daily 9:00am to 5:00pm.
If the building is closed visitors may follow the path around the building and obtain a guidebook at the dispenser located at the start of the exhibit trail.
The Algonquin Logging Museum was built by the Friends of Algonquin Park and Algonquin Forestry Authority and affiliated companies in partnership with the Government of Ontario.
Admission to the museum and trail is free but a day pass needs to be purchased at one of the two park gate houses or a camping permit needs to be displayed.
