Located in a newly developed park, decorated with a caboose, a gazebo, an anchor. A plaque next to the anchor has the following text:

United States Navy Seabees and
those who Survived
During WORLD WAR II and especially
Those who made the SUPREME SACRIFICE
Dedicated 2003
The plaque has an image engraved in the brass plaque of what resembles a Liberty ship
Anchor donated by the American Merchant Marines. It weighs about 8 tons and was transported from Texas. The Merchant Marines built the base, the flagpole, sanded and painted this tribute to fallen soldiers.
