In Natick, near the border with Framingham, is an IMAX Theatre that is part of Jordan's Furniture. The location is at the top of a hill, with an address of 1 Underprice Way in Natick. The intersection is near a road that leads to the Walmart Store there.
This theatre has 3D format. There is one screen. They show both the latest fiction and non-fiction movies.
When you come to this theatre, remember that you will do a lot of walking to get to the theatre. You enter the building on the left, then walk through the main corridor, currently decorated in a Mardi Gras in New Orleans theme. Usually there is someone there to hand out beads. Then you walk through the furniture store - all over it, then an escalator, and finally to the theater entrance (there may be a more direct way for handicapped people - inquire). The seats are arranged in stepped rows, and the web site states that the screen is 8 stories tall.
