Known locally as the Woodward Pit. Off road racing has taken place here in one form or another for 25+ years. I raced a 1970 Ford Bronco here for a few years back in the mid 1980's. Then it was a local 4 wheel drive club. Now it is operated by the Island Off Road Racing Association.

They hold drag racing (100 yards), wheel to wheel (multiple vehicles, dirt road course) and fun events like Blindfolded obstacle where the driver is blindfolded and the passenger directs the driver around a small course.
