From Annawan at the intersection of US Hwy 6 and State Hwy 78, go 2.2 miles south on Hwy 78 to mark on the east side of the road, 35 feet from the center of the road, and 30 feet north of the center of a farm lane.
Mark has shifted several inches from original position.
