Situated near the centre of the town, and surrounded by a small lake, is this famous Buddhist Shrine. Relatively small, but well designed and crafted. It is reached on foot, from the carpark, over a small bridge and up a set of steps. The image of the Buddha is inside the Shrine.
When I visited (midday) there were a dozen or so locals paying their respects. The Shrine is at the front entrance to the large Sri Muang Park.
