Due to being off of the main highway from Portland to Mt. Hood, this station is almost a backwater, despite being less than 10 miles from regional headquarters. This is the main stop for those wishing to access the southern part of Mt. Hood National Forest from the Willamette Valley, and all permits and information are available here.
Off Road Directions:
About 1/2 mile north of town turn left on Industrial Way, then another immediate left onto the frontage road. Pull into the parking lot about 200 yards up on the right. Entrance is at the far southwest corner of the lot.
