Sharing a public park with a football/track facility next door, the ballpark was opened in 1984. Ever since then there has been a Northwest League baseball team playing here. The ballpark is notable for the short porch and very high wall in right center field, built to add parking for the team offices, and give a quirky touch to the park's dimensions.
