The wifi coverage here is adequate, although I have trouble connecting with my iPhone, but no problem with my laptop. The Food Court is on the second floor, you can access it on the first floor of the mall as far as the carousel. However I think the quality of the service depends on the amount of users, given the fact that Fresno City College and a local Charter High School offer classes near the antenna location.
