The bear went over the mountain... the bear went over the mountain... actually, watch the speed limits coming down off Powell Mtn. as Virginia police actively patrol for speed. (No, I did not get stopped, but saw the radar gun.)

There is a pulloff on the eastbound side to enjoy the overlook.
