The Cornwall Curling Centre was founded in 1884; located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. It is presently in the city sports complex.

In 2004, the Cornwall Curling Centre moved to a new $2.2M facility with six sheets of ice, locker room, and lounge/kitchen.

Several in my missions group were disappointed to discover that curling in Cornwall is a winter sport, thus the club had melted the ice for the summer. The building was never open during our free time to see inside. Thank the Winter Olympics for the interest.
