Located in the heart of the Canal Park area of Duluth, MN, this majestic building is sentinel to the area. Once a mattress manufacturer and furniture jobber in the early 1900's, this building was sold in 1961 and became the Happy Sleeper Building. Built in 1909, the historic building is now a retail shopping area with shops on the first, second and basement levels with offices on the upper floors.
