This is the Fountain in the plaza ay Wychavon Civic Centre Pershore Worcestershire, UK. It is a stainless steel sphere that the water flows out of the top and around the Sphere. It replaced the previous fountain that got nicknamed the burst water main as it was a pile of stones with a constant run of water !
