Located around the corner from the entrance to the Pacific Beach Firehouse at 350 Grand Ave., this totem, like it's counterpart, is carved from the trunk of a palm tree.
This totem, also in Hawaiian tiki style, depicts a face showing all it's teeth...and above it's head- a sea turtle.
Unlike the companion totem, this one has some paint...red on the lips and tongue, and the turtle is green in a blue sea.
