This Muffler Man Cowboy use to reside not too far from my house when I was a kid. He, at one point, was left lying on the parking lot, a bit beat up after a tornado. A few years later, Topps Western World moved further east down the road, and after substantial repair, the Cowboy was placed high on a poll with his trusty lasso in his hands.
