View of downtown Kingsport is realized from the overlook point where several cell, microwave, tv, and radio towers are located. Access is only through the Bays Mountain park (www.baysmountain.com) at $3 entrance fee per car. Two options are to hike or use a mountain bike in taking the gravel Bays Mountain Road or the Azalea trail up roughly two miles with a just under 400' elevation change.
The view is directly downtown where in the close picture four steeples can be seen of the sanctuaries on Church Circle with Holston Valley Hospital in the background.
The difficulty rating is for "Many Towers" geocache GC13K81 which is near the given location.
