Edmond graduated its first 24 high school seniors in 1922 just prior to the erection of this high school building. There are two cornerstones on the building, one showing the school, and listing the Board of Education as J.W. Holcomb, Pres., H.W. Surbeck, VP, O.W. Jeffries, Secy, W.G. Hines and Wm. Courtney.

An additional cornerstone on the south side of the building shows: Laid by The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge AF & AM Henry S. Johnston, Grand Master, A.D. 1924.

The building is currently in use as the Bouelvard Academy, a special program of the Edmond Schools for students with "issues."
