This colorful utility box is across the street from the Hayward City Hall. Four different color stick figures occupy two side. The design on one end turns an electrical cable into a green stem of a flower whose center is the electrical meter. The street facing side has a pair of trees reaching into some clouds.
UPDATE: Apr 19, 2012 - I happen to revisit this utility box and it had been painted over with a new design.
