This monument is a metal plaque attached to a large stone. It is just off the parking lot to the Oak Ridge Presbyterian Church. The plaque reads:
IN HONOR OF THE MEN OF OAK RIDGE
WHO WENT FORTH AT THE CALL
OF THEIR COUNTRY TO SERVE IN THE
1917 WORLD WAR 1919
