Monument is state of Nevada department of wildlife fishermen access area parking lot. A nice place to take a picnic lunch and enjoy the Colorado river.

Description of Memorial: I was out for a morning walk along the river walk in Laughlin and came upon this monument. I just though it was a nice restful spot.
