William H. Cilker Park is a small strip park of about 1.8 acres, along Winfield Avenue in south San Jose, California.

William Hamilton Cilker was born in nearby Los Gatos. He graduated from the College of Civil Engineering of the University of California in 1909, with the B. S. degree. He followed civil engineering principally in the city of San Francisco as assistant city engineer on the new sewer system, the high pressure fire system and the municipal railroad system.
