According to the realtor, this farm house is 258 years old. It was built in 1752. The house was moved a few hundred feet recently in 2009. It was at the location of Joey G's Deli, located at 861 Newtown Yardley Road Newtown, PA 18940. I was told the foundation of the house is brand new and the also dug out a basement, but, other than that everything else is the same. There is electric conduit running the outside of the house so clearly, it has been updated.
