The 320-acre Arizona State University Research Park offers its corporations a professional business environment, with mature landscaping and three lakes covering eighteen surface acres.Recreation facilities include over six miles of surfaced jogging and bike trails, picnic ramadas and three lakes.
Two waterfalls flow into small ponds on the East and Western sides of River Parkway the major road through the park.
While the ASU Research Park and the tenant properties within the Park are private property, public use of designated recreational areas (lakeside paths, lawns, and ramadas) is allowed between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily and supervised by the City of Tempe.
