Mill Stream Run Reservation is one of the suburban green "necklace" parks that surround the urban area of Cleveland and its surrounding residential townships.

The park is used by hikers, mountain bikers, and horse riders. It has numerous trails. On the southern end of the park, there is a ruin of a house with just foundations and a red brick chimney.
