This "Bears on Broadway" is Big Blue. It's new home is at Canad Inns Stadium (home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers), 1465 Maroons Road in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In 2005, "Bears on Broadway" commemorated the 75th Anniversary of CancerCare Manitoba with 62 bears crafted from a concrete blend, weighing 8,000 pounds and standing 7 feet tall.
Since then they have all found permanent homes in various locations mostly in Winnipeg.

A Bomber Bear celebrates 75 years of Professional Football in Manitoba. Number 59 was proudly worn by Blue Bomber President & CEO Lyle Bauer and he has been a true inspiration in the “NEVER ALONE” program in support of CancerCare Manitoba in 2005.
