At time of visit (2006) this was home to the local democratic headquarters. Little information can be found about the bank's history.

According to this website (http://www.weldonpubliclibrary.org/Library%20History%20Ang..htm), the bank building housed the Mary Wood Weldon Memorial Library for a while.
