Almost hidden behind the Ohura intersection road signs, an old dilapidated milk platform stands by the roadside farm fence, gradually deteriorating as the years pass by.

This milk stand is on its last legs literally. Built of wooden boards with the usual corrugated iron roof, it has a rather ominous lean to the whole structure. It supports a very mossy lichen covered roof and carries a load of ferny bracken inside the open fronted shed, definitely no longer used for milk cans but still capable of providing protection for the occasional birds nest.
