Legend has it that the native americans of the 19th century allowed some spanish outlaws to hide in the cave. The cave is located in Spanish Canyon in the Wichita Mountains. The cave itself is not very deep, but its a nice place to take a picnic inside on a sunny day. And the surroundings make this cave all the more interesting to view.
