The tower is located at the top of the cliff, which is a short drive (or slightly longer hike) up from the entrance of the park. You can see the cities of Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, Menasha, and Kaukauna around, as well as some of Sherwood right below the tower. There is lots of green space and picnic areas around the tower, and plenty of parking.

Opening times and fees: Same as the state park - $7/daily if you don't have an annual permit. Open from 6am to 11 pm (although it's not lit, so it would be dark after sunset).
