This mark is mounted on a rod and is about 3 feet above ground level at the edge of a stream (rod is tilted).

The mark is a few hundred feew W of the AT crosing at Ridge Dr. Disk is on the opposite of a stream and is about 30 feet S of the centerline of Ridge DR.
