"Beth Sholom Synagogue
Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and build with the collaboration of Rabbi Mortimer J. Cohen, the National Historic Landmark was complete in 1959. Wright's only synagogue evokes the biblical Mt. Sinai in modern materials of concrete, steel, aluminum, and glass."
This marker is on the side of Old York Rd in Elkins Park. There is no shoulder to safely stop. But the Synagogue is used to people stopping in their parking lot to admire the building, just be respectful.
