The gate is a dominant part of natural monument "Rock Theatre" which consists of beatifully shaped rock formations forming by their locations in wide oval huge rock amphitheatre. The Schwarzwald Gate is called "younger sister" of Pravcice gate - the most famous Czech natural Arch.
