This sign is mounted right next to an old Coca-Cola Ghost sign. Its an interesting combination. The old with the new and neither express what the building they are mounted on really is.
The main brick building looks like a storage site. It may have been an Antique Shop at one time, but looks like that phase may have been in the past. Well, at least sometime in the past it was a Coca-Cola Bottling Company. We may never know........Here is a Google Street View of what you will see as you drive up to this building.
