I have passed this Wat a number of times, but never had the opportunity to examine it closely. I am glad that I did.

The Wat is large, the main temple very impressive: large, well designed and well maintained. The grounds are open and expansive. I was surprised that there were few visitors present, but I did visit in the middle of a work day. I suspect more people would be present in non-work hours. Worth a visit if you are passing by.

Reaching the Wat from the main highway is a little challenging. To reach the Wat, ~40kms east of Bangkok, first exit the main road (route 34: from Rayong/Pattaya to Bangkok), then move to the local main road, and then the turnoff to the Wat. Far easier to execute if you are travelling south. The Wat is on the east side of the highway. The Wat is readily seen from the highway.
