Savoy's sign is a nice change from what we usaully see on our travels.
Savoy is just south of Champaign, Illinois, home of the University of Illinois. With a school population of over 37,000, Savoy does seem like a small town.
As we were driving through looking for waymarks, the town is easy to navigate, neighborhoods were neat and clean, and it was quiet. Everything a person could look for.
Address: Coming into Savoy from the north on US Route 45.
