Jackson Park has a lot of open space, and is a great place to take the kids in the summer. There is a large pond with a fountain, a pavilion right next to the pond, and another nearby. The playground is large. Paved trails run through the park. There is a restroom facility near the playground.
Parking is plentiful, on the south side of the park. Large puddles develop in the grassy area after a rain, so watch out for those.
At the entrance to the park is a sculpture titled "Crossing the Prairie" by Glenna Goodacre

From the Broken Arrow Parks and Rec website:

Located on 14 acres given to the City of Broken Arrow by Eugene Jackson and his spouse Marie Louise Jackson in honor of his parents, Wes and Ora Jackson, this park has rapidly become one of the community's most popular.
