The Park is located next to the Intracoastal Waterway. Estelle Harper Park has a children’s playground and a tennis court (available free of charge on a first come first served basis). A covered pavilion is available to the public for family or business function. The pavilion has of a choice of two barbeques and a fully equipped kitchen and restrooms. (visit link)

Estelle Harper owned a small cigar factory once located on this property. She served on the town council from 1949-1951 and 1966-1971. This park was dedicated in April 30, 1972 by Planters Club.
