This section of the Linwood Cemetery is dedicated to the firefighters who have served the city of Haverhill, Massachusetts. A statue of a firefighter standing on top of a granite base provides the backdrop for the final resting places of a number of Haverhill firefighters.
The inscription on the base of the statue reads:
"Erected by members of the Haverhill Fire Department to commemorate the gallant and faithful services of all departed comrades and as a special tribute to the memory of those who may from time to time be buried in this lot."
