Alongside West Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz is a hike/bike path that follows the cliff above the Pacific Ocean. Near Natural Bridges State Park, a small pool emerges from subterranean levels between the path and the Ocean. From this pool a little waterfall plunges over the edge into the surf of the Pacific Ocean.

There's a small sandy inlet on the coast at this point. Across from the pool is a parking lot, sculpture and bench. Here you can park and look across this inlet to the waterfall.

When the tide is out you might be able to get down to the sandy beach and get behind the fall, but it looks risky.
