Description of Memorial:
The memorial is located at 661 E. Davis St.
Elba, AL 36323. We found the memorial on a genealogy run to Elba. The memorial has a large star within a circle of flags, with a walking path to various overlooks. A semi-circular area contains seven plaques to different veterans. Other plaques are located at the overlooks. A UH-1V Heilcopter and a 105mm Howitzer are on display.
