CLARK COUNTY VETERANS
I asked at the courthouse and was told this memorial is about the veterans from this county not the people who erected the memorial. The 13 panels list the names of every one who served in the military from before the county was organized. They are listed if they are from this area before the county or after. They are attempting to get all names from 1700 until today. It is always being added to. [The Thirteen Panels are individually listed in the photo gallery]

Other that the title and the dedication there is no text.
I asked at the County court house and was told "This memorial is about the veterans, not the people who put it up."

Description of Memorial:
The memorial is a 13 sided gazebo, when the 13 walls hold not only the names of the veterans but the steel roof.
A very tall US Flag rises from the ground next to the red marble dedication stone, and the circular side walked is lined with many other flags. Missouri, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
