This is one of many old and unique markers at Park Grove Cemetery. When you enter in the east drive off of Houston, the marker will be on your right.
Text on headstone:

Andrew J. Adkison
Born
Feb. 16, 1870
Died
Feb. 3, 1910

There is a nicely engraved bouquet of flowers at the base of the marker, a plaque with the name and dates in the middle, and the WOW circular engraving near the top. The detail in the design is absolutely amazing.
