This is the centerpiece of the civic center park. The gazebo was built a while ago, and they decided to remodel around it. The seating is still off-the-shelf picnic tables. At the time I shot the photos the gazebo was technically closed. Most of the civic center was undergoing construction nearby, so they had it fenced off. The gazebo and other areas are now open again, but the landscaping will be fenced until late spring.
