Address:
464 Goose Creek Road
Dandridge,TN

Viewed on south side of I-40 east-bound just short of Exit 417 (Jefferson City/Dandridge). Can be easily photographed from the shoulder of the interstate (be careful!). At the exit, head north on TN92 to the traffic light, then left/east on Goose Creek Rd and proceed past the Ruby Tuesdays. At the road split, take the left fork over the interstate. The barn is uphill left in the road bend. Coordinates are where the photos were taken since the barn is on private property.

The barn has been in the Franklin family for 60 years. (Per this Appalachian Quilt Trail webpage AQT link

This quilt pattern is a star-burst style with instruction on how to make found here: quilterscache link

Your Visit:
Had some time before meeting family for dinner at this exit, so tried to find the road. Directions given above for the third try. Not much parking nearby. Caged barking dog. But the trees were covered in ice from a storm the prior day. Then the sharp looking quilt block.

Type of Barn: Barn still in use

Visit Instructions:
Please include one picture of the barn with the quilt.
