Cadastral Survey T9SR21W RM S28 - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I saw this BM's witness post while driving by. There are quite a few benchmarks out on the Barry Goldwater Range West....but this one isn't in the big data base. This mark is located 90 feet South of the disk that's buried in the SouthWest corner of the intersection of S.Foothills Blvd, and E. County 14th Street. This mark says that the "cor" disk is 90.1 feet away.... it's in the middle of a busy intersection, and I couldn't get the cover off it.
