RECOVERY NOTE BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1952 IN ATLANTA. IN ATLANTA, FULTON COUNTY, ABOUT 2.0 MILES NORTHEAST OF DOWNTOWN FIVE POINTS, AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SEAL PLACE AND BOULEVARD N.E., 7.2 FEET EAST OF THE EAST CURB OF BOULEVARD, 5.8 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB OF SEAL PLACE, 5.2 FEET NORTHWEST OF A FIRE HYDRANT, AND 4 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE WEST END OF A LOW CONCRETE RETAINING WALL. A STANDARD TRAVERSE DISK IS STAMPED SEAL 1926 895.421 AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST 0.6 FOOT BELOW A CAST-IRON COVER THAT IS FLUSH WITH THE SIDEWALK SURFACE.
