We discovered this while searching for the "Go With the Flow" geocache, GC1MN45. Never knew it was there until then. Locals who were filling water bottles to take home told us it had been there for a long, long time, they were talking about great-grandparents coming to fill their jugs.
Looked like about a magnitude six as we watched people come and fill their bottles. Gallon bottles filled (on average) in under ten seconds. Access is limited, because you pull up at the side of the road near a railroad crossing. Only about two or three cars can park at a a time. From where you park to the spigot (which is set up to drain to an old bathtub, see pics) is all of a 20 second walk. Don't know whether the land is public or private, but folks go by and use it all the time ( we had 6 come and go when we were caching, and another four this morning when we went to take pics), so we're guessing public.
Public or Private Land?: Public
Public Land Fees?: No access fee. Just drive up and fill your jugs.
 Private Land access?: Not listed
